Your Guides
Angela and Dave aren’t just presenters—they’re fellow travellers on this kindness journey, and your guides through the inspiring stories of everyday Aussies making a difference.
Meet Angela
I’ll never forget the feeling of being the recipient of a random act of kindness.
It was more than just a gesture—it was a moment that made me feel truly seen and valued.
After moving to Australia and going gluten-free, I casually mentioned missing mince pies at Christmas. Months later, a friend surprised me with homemade gluten-free ones. It wasn’t just about the pies—it was the thoughtfulness behind remembering something meaningful to me. It is these simple acts of kindness that make such a big difference and make our world a kinder place to live.
As a published author, public speaker, and UK charity founder, I’ve witnessed kindness transform lives. I founded a charity helping women escape cycles of prostitution and addiction, and today, I continue championing causes that foster unity. Co-hosting The Gold Diggers Podcast and founding HumanKind allows me to share stories that restore faith in humanity’s capacity for kindness and the power it has to change the world.
A quote that resonates deeply with me is: “The happiest people are not those who HAVE more but those who GIVE more”. Through HumanKind, I hope to inspire others to experience this truth for themselves.

Meet Dave
From a young age, my parents instilled in me the importance of kindness.
They taught me that it didn’t need to be extravagant—it could be as simple as picking up rubbish, helping an elderly woman with her shopping, or paying for someone’s fuel. This lesson shapes how I interact with the world daily. Recently, I stopped traffic to help an elderly man cross the road in his mobility scooter. Despite my kids’ embarrassment, moments like these remind me that kindness is about seeing someone and showing them they matter.
This belief in human connection fuels my passion for storytelling. As the founder of Podspot, I’ve led innovative podcasting projects with athletes, industry pioneers, and creative minds across Australia. My journey has led to success in commercial radio, as an executive producer, and even as a party planner for the Irwins!
Through it all, I’m reminded: “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” It’s this belief that drives my work with HumanKind, showcasing the extraordinary impact of ordinary kindness.
The happiest people are not those who have more but those who give more.
